Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Our sole location is in Chicago, Illinois, USA and all shipments are made from Chicago. 

We currently we only ship to addresses within the USA.

When checking out with $50 of merchandise or more, shipping is free (this excludes the 'Priority Mail Express' USPS service).


We use USPS (United States Post Office) for all shipping.  A USPS App/API is built into our check-out process which will automatically calculate your shipping cost and shipping options based on the weight of the item and the delivery address. 


All shipments will be given a tracking number that can be used to monitor progress of the delivery and the USPS estimated time of arrival.  This tracking number will be emailed to you with subject "Your order is on its way".  We have seen the USPS take as many as 10 calendar days to delivery a package from Chicago to Los Angeles using their 'First-Class Package' service. 


We drop packages off at the USPS post office twice a week. 

All shipping materials are environmentally friendly:
     -Any printed material (invoices, etc.) use 100% recycled paper
     -All shipping material (packaging, labels, etc.) are 100% recycled products from EcoEnclose:


Generally speaking, all online purchases will require you to pay for shipping to your location.  But if we have recently made an announcement regarding an upcoming pop-up, arrangements could be made to have you pick up your item at the pop-up.  Paying ahead of time would be required.  If you are interested, please reach out to us on
